Code of Conduct

The culture we protect

DFC works because of one thing: a high-trust, low-noise, builder-first room. These are not bureaucratic rules, they are the culture, and every member holds the line.

01

Build real things

Members are active founders and operators building real products. No tourists, no spectators.

02

No shilling

No hype, no price talk, no marketing spam. Share product updates, milestones, and technical insight.

03

Thoughtful DMs only

Respect people's time and inboxes. No mass outreach, no spray-and-pray.

04

High-signal only

Share things that help other founders. Ask smart questions. Provide context. Avoid noise.

05

Keep it confidential

Anything sensitive discussed stays in the club. No screenshots, no leaks.

06

Zero drama, zero ego

We operate with respect and maturity. No public call-outs, no hostility. Founder-first, always.

07

Give before you ask

Show up with value when you can: referrals, intros, insight, feedback. It compounds.

08

Mutual respect

Everyone here is a founder. We expect self-awareness, responsibility, and high standards.

09

No extraction

No “sell us something” or predatory BD. This is a peer network, not a client pool.

10

Default to helping

If you can make an intro, share a resource, or give quick feedback, do it. It is what makes the club powerful.

High-trust, low-noise, builder-first. Protect it. Represent it. Benefit from it.
